Workload
Class reports, parent emails, lesson plans, feedback. TeachGen drafts each one in your voice, aligned to your school's specs, ready for a teacher to edit and sign off.
Curriculum
Upload your school's specification, scheme of work, or pupil-progress framework once. Every output aligns to it automatically.
Inclusion
The plans and profiles a SENCO writes by hand, drafted in minutes and kept under teacher review. Pupil names are anonymised in processing and restored only on the final document.
IEPs & pupil profiles
Draft plans and profiles from your notes, ready to refine.
Behaviour support
Intervention plans and strategies grounded in what works.
Literacy & numeracy
Targeted support and differentiation at the right reading age.
Teacher in the loop
Every result is a draft, not a send. It opens as an editable document the teacher reshapes section by section - then they send it through your school's own systems. TeachGen never contacts a pupil or parent.
IT, data & compliance
Your existing MFA, conditional-access, and leaver workflows extend to TeachGen via SSO - Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace, or generic OIDC.
School data is hosted in the UK; AI processing runs in the EU. Your content is never used to train AI models - that's contractual, not aspirational, and it's in our DPA.

FAQ
TeachGen is built around the DfE's generative-AI principles for schools - teacher-in-the-loop on every output, no pupil data used to train models, and a clear audit trail. Schools remain responsible for their own AI policy; we provide template policy language and a compliance pack to support that.
Staff sign in via SSO, so accounts mirror your IdP groups automatically. We do not require direct MIS integration to get value - most schools start by uploading specs and class lists. Deeper MIS integration can be scoped on a case-by-case basis for trusts.
No. Your school’s content is contractually excluded from model training, both with TeachGen and with our underlying model providers. This is in our DPA.
Outputs are teacher-reviewed before being sent to pupils or parents. KCSIE-aligned.
Per teacher, billed annually. Pupils are not licensed seats. Pricing starts at £3 per teacher per month for schools up to 50 teachers, with volume pricing for larger schools and trusts.
Yes. Tools cover EYFS through KS5, with explicit age-group and reading-age differentiation in every output. Primary-specific examples include phonics planning, knowledge organisers, and parent comms.
Most teachers are productive in their first session. We can run an INSET walkthrough on request, and the platform ships with in-app guides, a help centre, and short video tutorials per tool.
Yes. Teachers can sign up for free to use a selection of tools. Schools wanting a wider trial across staff should book a demo and we will scope a short pilot.
